Hey everybody, I would like to schedule the next fun event for us, and need some feedback on the date. Should we do it before the holiday season since that is always crazy time? Or should we do it in between Thanksgiving and Christmas? Or should we do it at the beginning of the year? Example weeks: first week in Nov., first week in Dec., Mid Jan.

Also, what day is best for everybody? Mondays are best for me, because I have them off. But that may not be good for others so please discuss.
